*Technexus shall provide weekly timesheets and the tasks performed by the resources to measure the spending and value of work performed.* We shall provide trained engineers and consultants who are certified and have expertise in required technologies & platforms.
* Expertise may vary from .Net, SharePoint, PHP, Angular, React, Mobile Development, UI/UX, Design, Infrastructure etc.
* Resources will be available remotely and can work at your preferred time.
* Resources and their management shall be the responsibility of Technexus Ltd.
* Customers can hire them for short-term or long-term contracts.
* Technexus will work on exclusivity and shall not reach the customers – of the contracted organisation, directly for current and future needs of consultants; similarly the agency or organization can't make offers to Technexus resources directly.
* Our working model supports IR35 principle.
* Payment must be made to Technexus Ltd. account by the company or agency contracted with.
